Here you’ll find all the details regarding the booking process:

Design Process
The project will be created about 2–3 days before your appointment.
This allows enough time to make any necessary changes, so I recommend having a clear idea of the subject you’d like by that date.

Important note: I work exclusively on photo-realistic subjects.
I don’t create pencil drawings — I design using Photoshop, creating digital compositions from multiple reference photos.
For this reason, it's essential that you do thorough photo research on the elements or subjects you want.

Availability:

My first available dates start from October 2027. I know it may sound like a long wait, but once you've booked your spot, I'll do my best to move you up the list if something opens up due to cancellations or rescheduling from other clients.

After booking, feel free to check in occasionally to ask if anything has become available — if I can fit you in earlier, I’ll be happy to do so.

Session

If your project requires multiple sessions (I'll decide based on the size and complexity), you can choose between:

• Doing them over 2 or 3 consecutive days (ideal, but may be slightly more painful), or
• Spacing them out: every 3 weeks, once a month, or every 2 months.
• It’s totally up to you — based on your schedule and budget.
• If the tattoo can be done in a single session, we will only book that one.



Booking

To secure your spot, a deposit of €400 is required via bank transfer or PayPal. This amount will be deducted from the cost of your final session.

If we need to book 4 or more sessions, a €800 deposit is required. Once the deposit is received, I’ll send you the dates to mark on your calendar.

All prices (as shown in the attached PDF) include VAT.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If the appointment is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. If the appointment is rescheduled with at least 2 weeks’ notice, the deposit remains valid. If the rescheduling is more than 6 months away, a new deposit will be required to keep the booking active. This will be added to the original deposit already paid. Deposits are not transferable to other people. Attachment You’ll find a PDF quote attached to this email, based on the placement and size of your tattoo. (Note: This quote is only valid for 14 days from today. After that, I can’t guarantee the same prices or waiting times.)
